Our estate Santa Rosalía can be found within the municipality of Vizmalo, in the province of Burgos. It is a quiet spot with a lot of charm where we have been breeding animals with the greatest of care and producing our magnificent wines

Animal welfare and food quality
In the case of the red-legged partridges and Wagyu oxen, we control the lifecycle of both specimens from the very beginning to the very end following a special breeding and handling system. This system has strict requirements that guarantee both the animals’ well-being and the quality and safety of the end-product that reaches the consumer.

RED-LEGGED PARTRIDGE
The red-legged partridge is a wild bird (and thus its culinary characteristics cannot be compared to those of commercial or industrial fowl) that lays few eggs and only seasonally, which means the eggs receive all the nutrients that are essential for life, making them a very healthy product with an exquisite flavour.
