De Santa Rosalía is much more than a restaurant, it is the result of all the proposals we make at our Finca Santa Rosalía, a unique environment to which we open the doors to anyone who wants it. The Santa Rosalía Estate, located in the municipality of Vizmalo (Burgos), is a quiet and charming place, where as a result of the meticulous work carried out for years, we make our organic wines Garmendia Wineries and we raise our animals with tireless dedication and respect for nature. Our hallmark is none other than making and offering artisanal, select and top quality products.
Patxi Garmendia, founder of this project, decided in 2011 to open the De Santa Rosalía restaurant to present to the public all the products made on our farm, demonstrating that quality is more than just a concept. Since that moment, hundreds of people every year pass by a leading hospitality establishment in the Basque capital famous for having a wide variety of the star Santa Rosalía product on its menu: wagyu.
