Get to know our restaurant

We invite you to visit a unique place where you can learn first-hand about our sustainable farm, from the raising of our Wagyu animals to the production of our organically farmed wines. The farm, located just 25 minutes southwest of Burgos, is the perfect meeting point for lovers of nature and gourmet gastronomy. As a finishing touch to our sustainable farm, we offer you the possibility of enjoying, in the farm's own restaurant-grill, all the products we make: Select Wagyu meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables grown in our garden, all paired with Garmendia wines from organic farming. Our kitchen team takes care of the preparation and presentation of the dishes so that the customer has the incentive to try and enjoy new presentations, textures and flavors every month. The menu or menus chosen together with the reservation must correspond to the month in which it is made. Our maxim 'healthy and also good' is breathed in every corner. It represents what we are: a group in love with nature and animals. It represents a dream come true.
