The estate, located just 25 minutes southwest of Burgos, is the perfect meeting point for lovers of nature and gourmet gastronomy. We invite you to visit a unique place where you will be able to know first hand our sustainable farm, from the rearing of our animals of Raza Wagyu until the elaboration of our wines of organic agriculture.

Restaurant Visits and Reservations:

The Asador de Finca Santa Rosalía will be open from Tuesday to Sunday in hours from 12:00 to 17:00 (cooking hours).

For dinner parties, groups of at least 25 people. Check availability.

Menus for Christmas dinners, consult.

From the 6th to the 12th of November, both inclusive, the restaurant will stay closed for a holiday.

Complete visit to the estate:

Adult €15 | Children from 5 to 16 years €10 (under 5 years free)

Available every year from Tuesday to Sunday. Approximate duration 1 hour and 45 minutes. This complete visit to the farm is done in buggies, leaves at 13.30 H from the restaurant and visits:

The animals of Wagyu breed.

The organic farming vineyard with a wine tasting with pecking in the Mirador de la Finca or in the winery depending on availability and meteorological conditions.

Both the old cellars of the XVIII century and the barrels of the current winery connected by an underground tunnel of 300 meters in length.

The Holm oaks with black truffle.
