ORDER PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES

The Santa Rosalia Estate, from which our products originate, is located in the Burgos region of Spain.

The delivery time will depend on the day the order is placed:
- Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be dispatched the following day.
- Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or the next working day).

DELIVERY

Our deliveries are handled by an internationally renowned transport company from our operation in Spain. Your order is then prepared and packed in isothermal crates to ensure the right temperature. From the moment your order is prepared until it arrives at your home, the cold chain will have been scrupulously respected.

DELIVERY RATES

Refrigerated home delivery with DPD: €19.95 from 4Kg - No minimum purchase required

Refrigerated home delivery with DPD: €26.95 for purchases under 4Kg.

With UPS: The delivery charge varies according to the weight of the package.

RETURNS POLICY

If one or more products are damaged during delivery, we invite you to inform the delivery person immediately and to mention this on the delivery note. Depending on your choice, we will either replace it as soon as possible or refund your money. Please notify us by email within 14 days on [email protected] or by telephone on +34 947 56 80 75 of the nature of the problem or the reasons for the return. No compensation will be granted without prior notification. Thank you for your understanding!
