Made with 100% Wagyu meat from animals raised on our " Santa Rosalía " farm with natural food without antibiotics.
After slaughtering, deboning and portioning our carcasses, we make a perfect mix of the different pieces of meat, always seeking the balance between lean and fat to obtain a homogeneous product, resulting in a burger with a unique flavor on the market.
Our Wagyu burgers are packaged in a Protective Atmosphere , it is a preservation method through which, and thanks to a modification of the air that will be housed inside the tray, we create the appropriate atmosphere for our product, guaranteeing its flavor and its freshness at all times. DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN .
