Varieties : 90% Tempranillo – 10% Garnacha. Organic grapes from our vineyards at Finca Santa Rosalía .

Harvest : Manually carried out in small volume boxes at the optimal moment of maturation.

Preparation : We collect the best grapes on selection tables, macerate with their skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation with native yeasts from Finca Santa Rosalía expressing the uniqueness of our vineyards and terroir.

Aged in American and French oak barrels for 3 months.

Tasting analysis : Cherry red in color with intense blue and violet reflections. Aromas of red fruits, assembled with notes of vanilla. Fruity on the palate, with light roasted nuances, balancing its Juventus and aging.

Presentation : 75cl 3 bottles.
