WE LIKE IT AT FINCA SANTA ROSALÍA BECAUSE…
At Finca Santa Rosalía we like mini Wagyu burgers because they are iconic at any event or happening, but without giving up the possibility of finding them in your daily life.
They are presented in trays of 8 units, weighing 35 g each and packaged in a protective atmosphere; which makes them have an expiration period of up to 14 days.
At Finca Santa Rosalía we recommend that before cooking them, you take the piece out of the packaging and leave it at room temperature for at least 1 or 2 hours.
With a splash of oil and a little salt, it becomes the ideal piece to prepare in the pan or on the grill. As a tip, always order it one point less than how you usually like it, since this meat cooks very quickly. If it is for children, pregnant women or elderly people, it is advisable that your burger be cooked above 72º.
