At Finca Santa Rosalía we love the Wagyu burger.

This great discovery will become one of everyone's favorites. 100% Wagyu beef made with high-quality cuts from younger animals than our Gold Burger. It comes in a tray of two 150g units, packaged in a protective atmosphere, which extends its shelf life.

You can prepare it on the grill, on the griddle, or in a pan. Either way, you can get the most out of it. Although it depends on each diner's taste, it's important to consider the temperature setting and the length of time the meat is left exposed to the heat; this will determine whether it's more or less cooked.

At Finca Santa Rosalía, we recommend removing it from the packaging and letting it sit at room temperature for at least 1 or 2 hours before cooking. It should also be cooked with a few drops of olive oil to enhance its flavor and cooked to perfection, medium-rare, to make it juicier. Except for children, pregnant women, and the elderly, who should cook it at temperatures above 72°C.
