What is the right cooking point for hamburgers?

Como cocinar unas hamburguesas

If you are a fan of hamburgers, here is a recommendation for the next time you prepare one or order one in a restaurant. Leaving aside personal tastes, depending on the type of hamburger, there is a correct way to cook it:

1- Overcooked: When the hamburger is chicken or pork. At this stage of cooking, the hamburger loses flavour and juiciness.

2- Medium: For beef burgers. The centre of the burger is reddish in colour and the surface is sealed and browned to keep the juices inside.

3- Medium rare: When the meat is of high quality like our 100% Wagyu burgers. This will allow us to enjoy all the flavour and juiciness of this special meat.

From Finca Santa Rosalía we invite you to prepare or order the hamburger a point less than you are used to and you will see how much better the hamburger is.

To make a comparison: Nobody would think of eating a cold broth, because the best broth is hot. The same goes for the cooking point of hamburgers.
