Varieties : Verdejo and Viura. Organic grapes from our vineyards at Finca Santa Rosalía .
Harvest : Manually carried out in small volume boxes at the optimal moment of maturation.
Preparation : We collect the best grapes on selection tables, macerate them cold and ferment them at a controlled temperature, preserving their freshness.
Tasting analysis : A pale yellow white wine, very clear and bright, with steely highlights that reflect its youth and freshness. On the nose, it offers a clean and balanced profile, dominated by white fruit such as pear and apple, accompanied by subtle notes of peach. On the palate, it is pleasant and balanced, with well-integrated acidity, a slight creaminess and good body, leaving a fresh, enveloping and persistent sensation.
Presentation : 75 cl 3 bottles.
Recommendations : The recommended consumption temperature is between 7 and 9 ºC.
